What the Site does
HomeownerRateCheck is a free, advertising-supported comparison service. We collect information about your home and coverage needs through our quote form and pass it to our participating insurance partners so that licensed insurance carriers and agents can prepare quotes. We are not an insurance agency, broker or carrier, we do not bind coverage, and we do not guarantee that you will receive any offer, or that any offer will be the lowest available rate.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old and are requesting a quote for a home they own or rent. By submitting the form you confirm both.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current information. Carriers rely on the details you submit to prepare a quote; inaccurate information may result in an incorrect or unavailable quote, or in a policy being voided later if you proceed to purchase coverage.
No guarantee of savings
Any pricing examples, ranges or testimonials shown on the Site are illustrative only. Actual premiums depend on many factors set by individual carriers — the property, its location, your claims history and more — and are not controlled by HomeownerRateCheck.

After you submit the form, the Site may show you an offer from, and send you to, a third-party website operated by an insurance carrier, agent or our participating insurance partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or the offers they present.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, text and graphics are owned by HomeownerRateCheck or its licensors. Insurance carrier names shown on the form or in your results are used solely to identify those companies and remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply any endorsement of HomeownerRateCheck.
